If you need information on a product that you have seen on Surprise.com, please contact the online store that sells the item directly. Surprise.com lists hundreds of companies on our site and does not keep contact information on file for all of these companies.

We wish that we were able to find all the unique stuff that people are looking for, unfortunately the web is a really big place and if a product isn't listed on our site it's unlikely that we will know where to find it. We recommend Google, it's our favorite search engine and the place we usually turn when we're stumped.
