I love to bake and I use these new silicone mats, bakeware, and accessories all the time. They can withstand high temperatures so you won't melt that spatula if you leave it in the pan. I also don't have to mess with buttering or putting parchment paper on my baking sheets anymore. I use the reusable non-stick mats and cookies just slide right off. The best part is they protect the baking sheet so you don't have to wash them! I can't say enough about these wonderful products.
