The new DVD called "Chin Na in Depth Courses 1 - 4" is an awesome gift. I have these on VHS, but now its available on DVD from Dr. Yang and YMAA. Chin Na means Seize and Control in Chinese, and its a big part of all Chinese fighting styles. Its really amazing to watch, and once you understand the principle you can have fun learning it. The DVD also has tons of extra stuff that isnt on the VHS like subtitles for 8 languages and the whole YMAA catalog with previews for every one of their videos. ...more
