This portable scanner and software is a godsend! Expense reports used to be such a hassle. Now I just scan my receipts in and it not only archives and stores them but automatically categorizes my expenses in a spreadsheet! I can easily export the data into my expense report template, Quickbooks, etc. It also scans business cards.
