Hollywood typically neglects Islamic characters, unless of course we’re talking about crazed terrorists to be gorily dispatched by the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger. But over the years a few large-scale films have been made with Islamic themes, featuring an epic sweep suitable to the subject.
