Find a gift bag decorated with a sunny theme. (A bag covered in sunflowers, suns, or a plain yellow bag is great.) Put in yellow tissue paper. Now the fun begins! Fill the bag with items related to the theme such as sunscreen, Sunny Delight®, sunflower seeds (the snack or to grow), Sun Chips®, a handwritten recipe for Sunshine Cake or muffins, a sun visor or sunglasses, and whatever else you can think of that goes along with the theme that the recipient would enjoy.
