Q. Do you guys sell stuff?
A. Nope, sorry, all of the items on
our site are sold by other companies. Surprise.com just publishes suggestions
of great gifts and points you in the direction of where to get them.
Q. Can you tell me where to find a
particular product?
A. Surprise.com staffers spend a
lot of time combing the web, but it's a really big web out there and chances
are if it's not on the site we don't know where to find it. We always turn to
Google.com when we can't find something, that's probably your best bet.
Q. Help! I need a gift right now!
A. Hey, that's not a question.
Anyway, we've compiled products from a few different merchants that are able to
get a gift to you in a hurry. Check out our
Last Minute Gifts.
Q. Who do I talk to about getting
my products listed on your site?
A. The best and fastest way to get
information on getting listed on our site is to go to our
Merchant Center and fill out the new merchant form.
Q. I'm having problems with my
order.
A. If you found a product on
Surprise.com and ordered it you'll need to contact the seller directly for any
customer service. Once you click on the picture or name of the item you're
taken to the seller's site and Surprise.com has no record of any purchases you
may have made. Surprise.com does not sell any of the items listed on the site.
Q. How do I submit an idea for a
new category?
A. We love to get suggestions for
new categories. You can drop us a line through the Contact
Us page and let us know your idea.
Q. I clicked on a product and the
item wasn't available/the link was broken/the price had changed.
A. When one of our partner
merchants changes a listing it usually takes us a little while to catch up. We
apologize for this inconvenience and we are always working on ways to improve
the system. If you spot a bad link please help us out by reporting it on the
Contact Us page.
