Why we love it:
Yoga, we're told, is very good for you. We have to take everyone's word for it though, we intended to take some classes, we really did, we even got a brochure from a local school, and one of those little mat things, but we admit our enthusiasm petered out fairly quickly. We had the best of intentions though, we did. We suspect that our story, while not universal, is common enough. Plenty of us would go after yoga, if only we truly felt inspired, and what could be more inspiring than chocolate? The box comes with 7 truffles (one for each Chakra, mystical points on the body connected to health and spiritual well being), and a guide book filled with yoga positions designed to stimulate each of the charkas, along with quotes, insight and helpful illustrations. Somehow the prospect of truffles makes yoga more appealing, we're sure we would have gotten around to it eventually anyway, but a little chocolate will definitely speed the process along.
