What it is:
Sterling silver pendants cast from 19th-century wax sealing stamps.
Why we love it:
Wax seals were a way to add a mark of importance to correspondence from the Middle Ages through the 1800's. Each design conveyed a different thought or emotion. These beautiful sterling silver pendants are casts of original 19th-century seals and are a unique way to show love or friendship. There are three designs: Carpe Diem (seize the day); Lion and Sword (signifies courage and justice); and Fox (a symbol of wit and wisdom). The pendants are individually cast with an antique finish, and hang from 20" long sterling chains.
