What it is:
A coffee mug with a propeller that, yes, stirs your drink for you.
Why we love it:
Look, there's lazy and then there's lazy. Sure, we've all had moments of laziness, when it seems like just too much work to get off the couch to get a drink, or when mowing the lawn sounds completely impossible, but there are levels of laziness that should only be attempted by the serious lazy master, a lazy pro, if you will. This is the kind of laziness required for the self-stirring coffee mug, possibly the laziest gadget we have seen since the device which turns the lollipop for you. Only the highest levels of laze can handle the self-stirring coffee mug, a device which, no kidding, has a tiny battery-operated propeller at the bottom which will stir your drink for you. Yes, just the push of a button (sorry, the model that just stirs when you look at it is still in R&D) will froth up your hot chocolate instantly. Should your sugar start to sink to the bottom of your coffee, a quick buzz of the propeller will get your mix balanced again. Some might just stick a spoon in and twist, but really, the truly lazy are above such things.
