Recycled Floppy Disk Notepads
What it is: A notepad where the front and back covers are made from used, vintage 3.5" floppy disks from the early 1980's.
Why we love it: Floppy disks make a comeback! Well, not really... but they have found a place in a cool new line of products featuring this bit of technology history. The sturdy floppy disks make great covers for these notepads - perfect for jotting down innermost thoughts, pasting photos or just doodling. As an added bonus, the notebook contains 90 pages of recycled, acid free, 20lb ivory colored stationary that contains a minimum of 30% post consumer waste for nature-friendly gift-giving.
Who we'd give it to: Environmentally Responsible Computer Geeks, Teen Girls, and Tweenies (who may not even know what 3.5" floppy disks are!) will get a kick out of this blast from the past.
Where to get it: From Greenfeet.com for an obsolete $5.95.
