Pocket Pie Mold
What it is: Lattice-shaped mold to make mini filled pies.
Why we love it: What a fun way to serve pie! Perfectly sized for lunchboxes or picnics, this mold makes it easy to create sweet or savory mini filled pies. The kids will love helping too! First, use the rim of the mold to cut pastry dough into a flower shape, complete with a vent in the top of the crust. Then arrange the dough inside the mold, fill the inner pocket with your preferred ingredients, and close the top to seal and crimp your pies. You'll end up with a tasty snack to enjoy at home or on the go. Recipes included. Measures 5 1/2" x 2" high.
Who we'd give it to: Parents who love to bake and entertain.
Where to get it: From Williams-sonoma.com for a delicious $9.95.
