What it is:
A teeny tiny remote for guerilla TV control.
Why we love it:
We'll be the first to admit we love TV. Oh yes, the old "boob tube" has us by the nose with no intention of letting go. We like to think we've got it to a reasonable level, after all we don't watch TV all the time, but we probably watch it a bit more than we should. We try for restraint, but really, have you seen the new season of Project Runway? The designers are so cool this year, and... there we have the problem, of course, television distracts, endlessly, from anything else that may be going on. Of course, that distraction can be defeated, with this mighty, but tiny, remote control. In a house where the TV never shuts off? Dim the volume, change the channel or just plain old turn it off with this itty bitty remote control that will stealthily take over most brands of TVs. There's also a blessed mute button, to get a little silence now and then. Your anti-TV recipient may drive their TV watching friends crazy with this little gizmo, but we bet they're willing to make that trade. After all, silence, or at least a new channel, is golden.
