But they haven't tried these stainless steel smoker trays designed to fit between the flame-deflector bars on most gas grills. Just soak wood chips in water, beer, wine or other liquid, add them to the tray and light the grill. The chips infuse meats and vegetables with rich, smoky flavor as they heat. Delicious and easy!
