Made from ethanol, a renewable biofuel, it takes less than one minute from lighting to start of cooking and gives approximately 40-minute of cooking time. No soot, ash or hot coals - virtually no clean up, and no risk from lingering hot coals. To use, peel off film and place FlameDisk on grill, then light and grill immediately. Must be used in a conventional grill. Let cool for approximately 10 minutes after fuel is used up. Both the package and FlameDisk are made of recyclable materials.
