Fanboys DVD

What it is: A must-watch comedy adventure movie for the Star Wars fan.

Why we love it: Fanboys is a hilarious tale of four Star Wars obsessed buddies who hatch a plot to storm George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch and steal a copy of Episode I before it’s released so that their terminally ill friend can see it before it’s too late. Their adventure leads them into all sorts of trouble like a confrontation with a Vegas pimp and hostilities between Star Wars fanatics and Star Trek Trekkers, including a hilarious scene set in the Iowa hometown of James Tiberius Kirk. There are also a number of good cameo performances from William Shatner, Carrie Fisher, Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes.

Who we'd give it to: Sci-Fi and Star Wars fans.
