The Entertrainer
What it is: A workout assistance device that uses your TV to tell you whether or not you're working hard enough, lowering and raising the volume to let you know if you're on track.
Why we love it: Working out is never easy. Gyms are full of people who, well, look like the actually work out at gyms regularly, yoga classes require you to turn into the human pretzel, and working out at home is tough to manage on your own. Most of us would like to be workout gods, but most of us can barely manage to remember a home workout routine, much less do it well. We admit it, we could use a little help with our routine, and chances are, you know someone who could too. The Entertrainer might be the solution to all their woes. It's a heart monitor which attaches to your TV, go too fast and the volume on your TV goes up, go to slow and it goes down. It's a constant monitor and reminder to keep the pace. It's also less expensive than a real personal trainer, and less likely to make you want to slug it in the face (especially since it doesn't have a face).
Where to get it: From The Entertrainer for a motivating $99.95
