What it is:
A clever game of dares to play at the office, with an electronic ball that you shake to determine your fate.
Why we love it:
Let's face it, around the Christmas season things tend to get a bit slow in the office. Half the people are out on vacation, and the other half are mostly wishing they were. Even the Grinches and Scrooges are staring at the clock and sighing, wishing they could head home to scowl at all the Christmas specials on TV. So how to relieve the office doldrums? If you've got a Secret Santa gift to give, or just a coworker or two you want to cheer up, this refreshingly silly and utterly pointless game will help speed them through those long afternoons. Shake the Diabolical Dare Selector (yes, that's really its name, could we make that up?) to see which kind of dare you'll perform and then draw a card. You can get dares like "Congratulate a colleague on something they didn't do," "Correct people's pronunciation of your name even if they're pronouncing it correctly" and lots more. A green light means you must perform the terrifying Extreme Dumb Dare (again, could we make that up?). It may not exactly thrill their boss, but it will entertain their coworkers. Disclaimer: Surprise.com cannot give you a job if you get axed by your humorless boss.
Who we'd give it to:
Coworkers, bosses who do have a sense of humor, anyone straining under the weight of corporate America.
