Why we love it: The fourth of July is a time of backyard barbeques and getting together with friends and family to celebrate being American. "Command of the Grill: A Salute to Steak" is a wonderful addition to a fourth of July celebration. This book showcases the winning recipes from a countrywide grilling competition held on Marine military installations, along with steak recipes from famous former Marines like Lee Trevino and Ed McMahon. All the proceeds from the sale of this book benefit four charities that support wounded or killed U.S. Marines and their families.
