What it is:
Making sushi is a fine art, it takes practice, skill and precision, something that true sushi aficionados appreciate. The fine slicing of fish and rolling of rice and seaweed is indeed impressive, but it's nothing compared to the amount of effort and artistry that goes into Suedy's Koo-Ki Sushi. Looking at them, it's almost impossible to tell that these beautiful pieces of simulated sushi aren't the real thing, but in fact they're finely crafted from chocolate and other delectable candies. Each piece is not a raw fish treat, but a delicious dessert fit for an emperor. We recognize that chocolate fish may seem a little odd to some of you, but we can assure you that your sushi-loving recipient will crow with delight over these delightful little morsels. You can get anything from a single piece to a full chocolate meal in a beautiful washi box, whatever your heart, and their palatte, desires.
Why we love it:
We can appreciate the beautiful artistry as much as we can appreciate the tasty chocolate.
Who we'd give it to:
Sushi fanatics, chefs, chocoholics, the gift of the day editors.
Where to get it:
From
Suedy's starting at a tempting $14.00
