What it is:
A clever memory recall game that challenges players to memorize as many details as they can in just 10 short seconds.
Why we love it:
Quick to play, simple to learn, and educational - BrainBox is an entertaining way to practice your American geography, as well as develop observation and short-term memory skills. Pull a card from the box and study the illustrated images for 10 seconds (a sand timer is included). When your time is up, roll the 8-sided die and read the coordinating numbered question from those on the back of the card to test your memory. If you find that 10 seconds is too short, feel free to adjust the rules to give players more time. Each card shows images relating to that area, like crabs in Maryland or Vikings in Denmark, as well as the flag, abbreviation, capital, bordering areas, and state tree, bird, and flower. If you answer your question correctly, you keep the card. Whoever has the most cards after 10 minutes wins.
