What it is:
A silicone mold and mix so you can produce delectable little chocolate cakes called "bouchons", the French word for corks.
Why we love it:
These melt-in-your-mouth chocolate confections will wow your guests and are a snap to prepare with the ready-made mix. The Bouchon mix was developed by award-winning chef, Thomas Keller, and is made with the finest ingredients including Guittard cocoa and Callebaut chocolate chips. The silicone mold heats evenly and is naturally non-stick, easily releasing your perfectly shaped little chocolate corks. Serve the brownie-like desserts warm with just a dusting of confectioners' sugar, or plate them individually and drizzle with a rich chocolate sauce or crème anglaise and a sprinkling of chopped nuts.
