What it is:
A full customizable shirt, complete with letters that can be rearranged anytime.
Why we love it:
We love those refrigerator magnets that allow you to rearrange words to make strange and sometimes nonsensical poetry. We've been known to spend quite a bit of time creating our little ransom note style masterpieces, and we think e. e. cummings would be proud. The only downside to poetry magnets, is that it's pretty much impossible to carry your refrigerator around to show off your own wittiness. I suppose you could carry around a sheet of metal with your poetic works on them, but people would probably find that a little odd, and it's bound to be inconvenient at times. If you've got a friend who enjoys this sort of randomized word art, we've got a gift that will keep him from being "that guy who always carries that metal sheet with the poetry magnets on it." Alpha tees combine all the fun of refrigerator magnets with all the... cotton, of a t-shirt. The letters (there are 46 consonants, 18 vowels, 21 numbers and 25 pieces of punctuation) can be placed anywhere on the shirt, in any order, to spell out the phrase of the day. Heck, they can even make a change midday, and rearrange their t-shirt sentiment. Whatever mood they want to express, the Alpha Tee leaves the options wide open. Even if they do end up with it reading "This Space For Rent" more often than not, it's certainly a conversation starter. Sorry, witty ideas for what to spell out not included.
Who we'd give it to:
Artists, poets, t-shirt fanatics, anyone who likes poetry magnets.
