There’s nothing a teenage boy likes to do more than make noise. Making noise is fun, and let’s face it, you can’t stop them, so you might as well make sure that the noise they make is a wee bit tuneful. No, piano lessons and Chopin preludes are out, but what they’ll adore are some nice loud instruments: electric guitar; drums; maybe even an electric piano. It doesn’t take a lot of talent to make music on these instruments, but they sure are fun—for the teen boy and almost everyone else.
